Conceptualization, planning, and consulting of customers on software implementation issues with a focus on cash register and billing systems
Software project management and clarification of individual customer inquiries with software development up to on-site commissioning
Sales support in complex software projects
Training and education of systems for end customers

Software affinity and the ability to navigate complex software systems
Understanding of company processes and business workflows of small, medium-sized, and large companies
Experience in dealing with and communicating with customers in an advisory role Good English language skills and experience in the IT secto
Education in the IT sector or commercial training
