- Experience: Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of complex IT products or related industries (e.g., payment solutions, software or hardware solutions).
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of the IT industry and an affinity for technical products and solutions.
- Sales Competence: Passion for B2B new customer acquisition and nurturing and developing existing customer relationships.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident, professional demeanor.
- Self-Organization: High self-motivation with a strong customer focus, goal orientation, and a structured way of working.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to conduct regular customer visits within the sales area and participate in regional trade fairs.
